We are making every effort here to be fair and balanced to all concerned. We want to give an accurate picture of the overall ministry of Mrs. Ellen G. White.

Much of our site consists of evaluating criticisms leveled against her. In doing this we necessarily must quote some of her more controversial statements. But this gives the reader a slanted view of her writings. Much of what she has written is not controversial, and is devotional and uplifting in nature. Even her critics will admit, some more readily than others, that this is so.

Thus some of our site, if it is going to be fair and balanced, must provide some of the less controversial type of material. It is therefore our policy to make our selections for our "Quote for Today" box from such material.
